Center Manager

The Center Manager enables you to view, modify, add, delete, and change the status of a sponsor's center profiles. Once a sponsor has been selected, details about its centers, including the center number, name, program participation, and status display.

The Center Profile screen provides access to view and modify high level Center information, Program Participation and Center Status. While this screen is intended for use by the State, sponsors may be granted access to this screen within security rights configuration. The Center Profile screen must be completed prior to the Center Application for new centers. The following instructions describe how State staff would add a Center Profile.  If this functionality is to be completed by Sponsors, their access to adding a new center is within the Application Packet path.

To access Center Manager

1.   On the blue menu bar, select Applications.
The Applications menu screen displays.

2.       On the menu, select Sponsor Profile.
If a sponsor has already been selected, the Sponsor Profile Menu screen displays.
If no sponsor has been selected, use the Sponsor Search to search for and select a sponsor.

3.       On the menu, select Center Manager.
The Sponsor Center Manager screen displays.

To create a new center

1.       On the menu bar, select Applications.
The Applications menu displays.

2.       Select Sponsor Profile.
The Sponsor Options menu displays.

3.       Select Center Manager.

4.       Select Create New Center.

5.       Enter the CDS Code, if applicable.

6.       Enter the Center Name into the text box.

7.       Select the Region from the dropdown list.

8.       Select the County from the dropdown list.

9.       Select the programs the center will operate in.

10.    Select the Center Status from the dropdown list.

11.    Select Save to save the information on the center.
The Sponsor Center Manager re-displays with the new center added.

To modify a center profile

1.       On the Applications menu, select Sponsor Profile.
If a sponsor has already been selected, the Sponsor Profile Menu screen displays.
If no sponsor has been selected, use the Sponsor Search to search for and select a sponsor.

2.       Once a sponsor has been selected, select Center Manager.
The Sponsor Center Manager displays.

3.       Select the center you wish to view or modify.

4.       Modify any desired information within the profile.

Note: To make any modifications, MODIFY must be selected on the Edit menu.

5.       Select Save.

To delete a center

1.       On the Applications menu, select Sponsor Profile.
If a sponsor has already been selected, the Sponsor Profile menu screen displays.
If no sponsor has been selected, use the Sponsor Search to search for and select a sponsor.

2.       Once a sponsor has been selected, select Center Manager.

3.       Select the center you wish to delete.

4.       On the Edit menu, select DELETE.
A warning displays.

5.    Select Delete.
A confirmation screen displays.

6.       Select Finish to return to the Sponsor Center Manager screen.
