Access
CNIPS by typing the URL into the address line of your web browser of choice

Open CNIPS from your Desktop or Internet Favorites.
In the Log On box, enter your User ID.
Enter
your Password.
The User ID and Password fields are case-sensitive, so be sure to use upper
and lower-case letters if necessary.
Click Log On.
If this is your first time logging on, you may be required to change your password.
Changing the Password
Select a new password and type it into the box provided
Re-enter the new password for confirmation.
Click Save to continue to the programs page.
